25% of Year-1 ACV on every close. 15% recurring on every renewal. 50% on everything past $150K/quarter. Industry average for SaaS new-logo AEs is 8–12% one-time. We're paying you like an owner because, in this seat, you are one.

No fluff. Here's exactly what you're walking into:
What you'll do
- Build the outbound motion from zero — research target accounts (AI labs, DTC brands, agencies, creator-economy companies), write your own sequences, book your own demos.
- Own the entire sales cycle end-to-end: prospect → discover → demo → propose → negotiate → close → handoff. No SDRs to hand off to. No CSMs to hide behind.
- Run product demos that show live AI content generation, scheduling, and analytics. We'll train you on the product; you bring the selling.
- Negotiate annual contracts in the $2.9K–$27.5K ACV range (Spark, Surge, SuperNova tiers) with the occasional enterprise custom deal.
- Document every objection, every lost-reason, and every winning narrative in our CRM so we can build the playbook together.
- Show up every day with a written daily plan, hit your activity targets (50+ touches/day), and report transparently on pipeline and forecast.
Who we're looking for
We'll hire someone brand new to sales — as long as you can produce. Hunger and discipline beat resume bullets every time.
- Relentless follow-through. If you don't naturally close loops, this is not your role.
- Comfort with rejection — you will hear 'no' 30 times before you hear 'yes'. The 'yes' is worth it.
- Sharp written communication. Cold emails, LinkedIn DMs, and proposals are your primary weapons.
- Curiosity about AI, social media, and the creator economy — enough to hold a smart conversation with a CMO or founder.
- Self-direction. Nobody is going to micromanage you. Nobody is going to hand you leads.
- Sales experience is a plus but not required — if you've sold anything (door-to-door, retail, restaurant upsells, side hustles) and can prove follow-through, we'll talk.
- Based anywhere with reliable internet. Async-friendly, but expect 2–3 live calls per week with the founders.
