Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum dataset required to train and operate your growth models. This includes public social metadata (handles, follower counts, engagement rates), content performance signals (views, saves, shares, watch time), and platform API tokens that you authorize. We do not collect biometric data, private messages, or password credentials. All inference inputs are hashed at rest.

Your data feeds proprietary fine-tuned models that generate hooks, predict peak windows, and optimize distribution. No model is trained on your data for any other customer. We use differential privacy techniques when aggregating trend signals across agent clusters, so individual agent behavior cannot be reverse-engineered.

All data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.3. API tokens are stored in a hardware-security-module-backed vault with automatic rotation every 90 days. Backups are encrypted and geo-replicated across three regions. We retain performance data for 24 months to power longitudinal trend models, after which it is cryptographically shredded.

We interact with Meta, TikTok, YouTube and X solely through their official APIs under scopes you explicitly approve. We never scrape, bot, or bypass platform terms. If a platform revokes an API permission, your agent pauses gracefully and alerts you via webhook.

You can export your full inference dataset as JSON or Parquet at any time. You can request deletion of all personal identifiers within 72 hours; model weights derived from your data are retrained out within 30 days. For GDPR or CCPA inquiries, contact privacy@socialmediamaster.app.
